INSTALLATION :
1.) move zuko.cs to X:\GTA San Andreas\CLEO
2.) ADD SUSANO.ifp and QILIN.ifp To GTA3.img in X:\GTA San andreas\models
end
(how to add SUSANO.ifp and QILIN.ifp to gta3.img? Use IMGtools :D)

How To Use Mod :
1.) for activated, type on your keyboard "ZUKO"
2.) for zuko strike press "TAB + R"
SORRY for MY BAD ENGLISH :D
(if you want to activated cheat again .. wait until fire effect gone)
